{"id":2928,"date":"2026-10-02T08:34:35","date_gmt":"2026-10-02T06:34:35","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.kurre-group.de\/?p=2928"},"modified":"2026-10-02T08:44:53","modified_gmt":"2026-10-02T06:44:53","slug":"human-resources","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.kurre-group.de\/en\/human-resources\/","title":{"rendered":"Human Resources Employee"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Work Location:<\/strong> Ramsloh<\/p>\n<p><strong>Company:<\/strong> KURRE Group<\/p>\n<p><strong>Start Date + Type:<\/strong> As soon as possible, part-time, approx. 25 hours per week<\/p>\n<p><strong>Duration:<\/strong> Permanent<\/p>\n<p><strong>Your Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Independently handling HR administrative processes from hire to termination<\/span><\/li>\n<li>Maintaining and managing HR master data and personnel files<\/li>\n<li>Drafting employment contracts, contract amendments, certificates, and other HR-related documents<\/li>\n<li>Preparing for and overseeing new hires, terminations, transfers, and other personnel changes<\/li>\n<li>Serving as the point of contact for employees and managers regarding HR-related questions<\/li>\n<li>Communicating with government agencies, social security providers, and external service providers<\/li>\n<li>Preparing monthly payroll<\/li>\n<li>Creating analyses, reports, and meaningful reports<\/li>\n<li>Compiling HR-related metrics and decision-making data<\/li>\n<li>Assistance with labor law issues and the implementation of legal requirements<\/li>\n<li>Contributing to the further development and optimization of internal HR processes<\/li>\n<li>Support in applicant management and administrative tasks related to recruiting<\/li>\n<li>Collaboration with the HR department head<\/li>\n<li>Supporting and assisting the department head with a wide range of administrative, organizational, and technical tasks<\/li>\n<li>Preparing analyses, reports, presentations, and decision-making materials<\/li>\n<li>Independently taking on and tracking assigned tasks and projects<\/li>\n<li>Optional or in the future: Taking on tasks related to payroll processing<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div>\n<p><strong>Your Profile<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Completed business training, ideally with a focus on human resources, or a comparable qualification<\/li>\n<li>Practical experience in HR administration<\/li>\n<li>Solid foundational knowledge of labor law and an understanding of HR-related legal requirements<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency with MS Office<\/li>\n<li>Ideally, experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV\/Navision<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of payroll processing is a plus<\/li>\n<li>Enjoyment of creating reports and analyses<\/li>\n<li>Very good written and spoken German<\/li>\n<li>Good English skills are a plus<\/li>\n<li>An independent, structured, and meticulous approach to work<\/li>\n<li>Discretion and a responsible handling of confidential information<\/li>\n<li>Empathy, strong communication skills, and a good sense of how to interact with diverse stakeholders<\/li>\n<li>Assertiveness and the ability to act clearly and professionally even in challenging situations<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work well in a team, reliability, and a solution-oriented approach to work<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div>\n<p><strong>What to Expect at KURRE Systems<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>At the KURRE Group, you\u2019ll work for a successful, internationally oriented family-owned company with short decision-making paths, a personal atmosphere, and varied responsibilities.
