Your responsibilities:
- Development, optimization and design of production processes in the field of cable and hose extrusion
- Conception and adaptation of extruders and screw design based on specific requirements
- Support in the selection and application of suitable plastic materials
- Carrying out process analyses and continuous optimization to ensure product quality
- Regular travel to support customer projects and international production sites
- Close cooperation with the sales and design departments to ensure product and process quality
What you ideally bring with you:
- Degree in process engineering, plastics technology or a comparable qualification
- Sound knowledge of extrusion technology, especially in the field of cable and hose extrusion
- Experience in the design of extruders and screw design
- General technical knowledge of plastics and their processing
- Willingness to travel at home and abroad
- High quality orientation and a strong technical understanding
- Good basic knowledge of physics to evaluate and optimize processes
- Ability to work in a team, independent working style and problem-solving skills
