Your responsibilities:

  • Order management and administrative processing
  • Switchboard and appointment management
  • Incoming and outgoing mail handling
  • General office organization (e.g. invoice management, etc.)
  • Support in various projects across different company departments

What you ideally bring with you:

  • Training in commercial or administrative fields
  • Preferably experience in purchasing, sales, and/or logistics
  • Familiarity with common MS Office applications
  • Basic English knowledge
  • Enjoyment of organizational and administrative tasks
  • Independent, reliable working style, and willingness to take on responsibility
