Human Resources Employee

Your Responsibilities
- Independently handling HR administrative processes from hire to termination
- Maintaining and managing HR master data and personnel files
- Drafting employment contracts, contract amendments, certificates, and other HR-related documents
- Preparing for and overseeing new hires, terminations, transfers, and other personnel changes
- Serving as the point of contact for employees and managers regarding HR-related questions
- Communicating with government agencies, social security providers, and external service providers
- Preparing monthly payroll
- Creating analyses, reports, and meaningful reports
- Compiling HR-related metrics and decision-making data
- Assistance with labor law issues and the implementation of legal requirements
- Contributing to the further development and optimization of internal HR processes
- Support in applicant management and administrative tasks related to recruiting
- Collaboration with the HR department head
- Supporting and assisting the department head with a wide range of administrative, organizational, and technical tasks
- Preparing analyses, reports, presentations, and decision-making materials
- Independently taking on and tracking assigned tasks and projects
- Optional or in the future: Taking on tasks related to payroll processing
Your Profile
- Completed business training, ideally with a focus on human resources, or a comparable qualification
- Practical experience in HR administration
- Solid foundational knowledge of labor law and an understanding of HR-related legal requirements
- Proficiency with MS Office
- Ideally, experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Navision
- Knowledge of payroll processing is a plus
- Enjoyment of creating reports and analyses
- Very good written and spoken German
- Good English skills are a plus
- An independent, structured, and meticulous approach to work
- Discretion and a responsible handling of confidential information
- Empathy, strong communication skills, and a good sense of how to interact with diverse stakeholders
- Assertiveness and the ability to act clearly and professionally even in challenging situations
- Ability to work well in a team, reliability, and a solution-oriented approach to work
