Your responsibilities:

  • You are the point of contact for our international customers in the cable industry.
  • You support your colleagues in Sales with the preparation of offers.
  • You independently handle spare parts business and service orders and act as the direct point of contact for our customers.
  • You manage the worldwide shipping of industrial goods and handle customs procedures for active projects.

What you ideally bring with you:

  • Experience in inside sales (ideally in the cable industry), spare parts, and service business.
  • Experience in shipping industrial goods and handling customs clearance.
  • You’re a team player, open-minded, proactive, resilient, flexible, and assertive, with strong interpersonal skills.
  • You are fluent in English and confident in negotiations.
  • Occasional business trips within and outside Europe are not a problem for you.
  • You are proficient in MS Office and ideally familiar with ERP systems such as MS Navision.
