Your Responsibilities:
- Actively acquiring new customers (by phone, online, or in person).
- Maintaining and expanding existing customer relationships
- Handling a variety of tasks (e.g., preparing and following up on quotes)
- Conducting contract negotiations independently
What you ideally bring to the table:
- Completed training in mechanical engineering/metalworking and certification as a master craftsman, technician, or similar
- Several years of experience in sales
- Experience in turning and milling
- Knowledge of welding and metal forming
- Customer-oriented mindset and approach
- You are a team player, open-minded, forward-thinking, resilient, flexible, and assertive
- Negotiation skills and strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to negotiate independently and a keen sense for contracts and potential risks
- Proficiency with MS Office products; knowledge of ERP applications is a plus (e.g., MS Navision)
